If these problems exist, the ignition coil is likely to be damaged and unable to work properly.Inspect the Terminals: Check whether the terminals of the ignition coil are loose, corroded, or oxidized. Poor contact at the terminals will prevent the ignition coil from receiving a normal working current, thus affecting its performance or even making it unable to work at all. Working Condition Inspection Cylinder Operation: If, during the operation of the vehicle, an individual cylinder fails to work and there is no spark, accompanied by idling jitter and weak acceleration, it is very likely that the ignition coil has malfunctioned, resulting in the cylinder being unable to ignite normally.Idling Jitter: When the ignition coil leaks electricity, the engine may jitter at idle speed, and the jitter will become more noticeable when the accelerator is pressed, and the vehicle's power performance will also be weakened.Abnormal Acceleration: When the vehicle is accelerating, if there are power interruptions, poor acceleration, or body jitters, it may be that the ignition coil is unable to provide a stable high-voltage current during the acceleration process, resulting in poor ignition of the spark plugs.Ignition Condition: After turning on the ignition switch and confirming that the low-voltage circuit is normal, pull out the high-voltage wire from the center of the distributor cap about 3 - 5 millimeters away from the cylinder block. If it feels moderately warm, it indicates that the ignition coil is working normally. If the outer casing of the ignition coil feels extremely hot, it means that there may be a fault such as an inter-turn short circuit in the ignition coil, resulting in excessive current and excessive heat generation.
